ZENTIS attaches great importance to data protection and data security. In the following statement, we inform you about how we process personal data that you provide to us in connection with your application. Personal data in this sense are all individual details about personal or factual circumstances that relate to you (e.g. your address). We will take all technical and operational measures available to us to protect your data collected and stored by us from unauthorized access, modification, misuse and publication. We assure you that we will comply with all data protection regulations during processing and, in particular, that your data will only be made accessible to those persons who are responsible for processing your application.
1. processing of personal data
The personal data you provide us with is processed solely for the purpose of establishing and structuring the application relationship and, if applicable, for initiating and establishing an employment relationship with us. By providing data electronically, you consent to this processing.
2. forwarding
If you apply for a specific vacancy in our company for which we cannot consider you, we may offer to include you in the Zentis applicant pool and store your data in this context for a maximum period of 2 years, or use your application for other vacancies in other areas of the company. Inclusion in the applicant pool and the forwarding of your data to other divisions of Zentis Fruchtwelt GmbH & Co. KG, Zentis GmbH & Co. KG, Zentis Süßwaren GmbH & Co. KG, Zentis Holding GmbH or Zentis Logistik Service GmbH will only take place if you have given us your express consent to do so. Without your consent, your data will be deleted by us in accordance with the legal requirements.
Your data will not be passed on to third parties. The only exception is if there is a legal obligation to do so, for example due to an official or court order or to defend against unlawful activities.
3. cookies
Cookies are files that are stored on your computer if you allow this or if your browser is set accordingly. The applicant management system uses cookies to make it easier for you to navigate and work through the application process. These are exclusively temporary cookies (session cookies) that are automatically deleted when you close the browser.
4. end of processing and deletion of your data
If an employment contract is concluded with you following a successful application, your data will be transferred to a personnel file. If no employment relationship is established with you, your data will be deleted after receipt of the rejection, taking into account any statutory retention obligations after six months at the latest, unless you have expressly authorized us to continue storing it with regard to further activities on our part.
5. right of information and objection
You can request the data we have stored about you at any time and object to your consent to the use of your personal data at any time with effect for the future. Please address your request for information and objection to:

General information
You confirm that the information you provide in your application is true and correct. If you are not yet of legal age, you are obliged to obtain the authorization of a parent or legal guardian before submitting your application.
As part of the application process, you will be asked for your gender in the form of the desired form of address, as we would like to address you in the correct manner.
For reasons of better readability, the simultaneous use of masculine and feminine language forms will be avoided where appropriate. All designations apply equally to all genders.
We would also like to inform you that, in addition to the information you provide directly, we may also use information that you have entered in professional online networks or job portals.
